Hello Danjel,

I am able and willing to do PCB or other electronic assembly work for hire
excluding fine pitch surface mount, ball grid arrays and the like. I am not
properly setup to handle and inspect small surface mount devices.
I can turn around small build lots quickly. Depending on the design I can do
board assembly testing from basic verification up to full functional
testing.

Additionally I am set up to do design and proto type work from concept to
production proto types. In many cases, I can provide fully functional
mechanical and electrical proto type units. This includes generating
schematics testing and evaluating designs, and making improvements based on
cost per unit, feature enhancements, ease of manufacture, maintainability,
and/or other criteria. My services may also include full documentation
packages for these designs including Schematics, PCB artwork, Mechanical
Drawing, Bill of Materials, and in the case of Microcontroller based
designs - Source Code, Executable Image, and Software Design Documents.

I am based in the USA, in Texas far north (almost Oklahoma) of Dallas.

Anyone interested in these services are welcome to contact me.

Subject: [sdiy] pcb assembly

Can anyone recommend some good places to for PCB assembly?

I am using PCBcart to get the boards made but I would like to find a
reliable place for populating/soldering them.

cheers,
