Sometimes this is OK, other times, not.  For opamp supplies and such it is
fine.  However, often certain resistor values, e.g. in dividers, are used to
split the rail voltage to some specific value.  I think you will need to at
least go through the schematic and look for situations where specific
voltages might be required, and adjust the resistor values accordingly.
