[sdiy] Letting my Buchla Music Easel adaptations into the wild

I think it's time to let them be free-range boards.

Check it out:

The preamp, lowpass gate, and envelope generator work without
requiring adding any jumpers or other such hackery. The pulser needs a
jumper or two. If you don't care about the crossfader, the timbre
generator will work without any pin swaps - you just need to add a
capacitor. If you want the crossfader to work, you need to do some
swaps of adjacent IC pins.

Alas, the balanced modulator is way too screwed up for me to consider
selling this version. I'm going to pitch the remaining boards, and
will probably do its revision first when I get around to doing
revisions.

Preamp = $10, Lopass gate = $15, Pulser = $12 (revision, when I get
around to it, will be $15 - I'm taking off $3 for the needed hackery),
Envelope Generator = $20, Timbre & Crossfader = $10 (revision will be
$20, I'm selling my prototype boards for half off since they're so
messed up.)

Flat $4 for shipping + handling per order however much or little you
order.

Note that these should be considered advanced projects - the
documentation is sparse. If you are not zen kung fu with electronic
construction you will want to pass at this stage.

E-mail me if interested, let me know what you want, and we'll talk.
