Nice work!
As several others have commented, this looks related to Jim
Patchell's design, but with the 2164 its just so much more compact
(especially if, like Roman Sowa, you go surface mount!). And, of
course, it properly corrects the effects of temperature, rather than
approximating it with an external temperature-sensitive resistor.
