[sdiy] Divide by 10^6?

If you have an address generator or counter, use one of the high  
address lines. Failing that, a couple of 12 bit counter chips, as 10  
bit counters, cascaded would give you divide by 2^20 which is 4%  
different from divide by 10^6.
