SV: [sdiy] Odd Earth/Ground issues

One thing i've noticed is that certain areas are particularly bad for RFI (like close to huge TV broadcasting antennas like where i live :( ) and can create oscillation in circuits that are under prototyping or just not have the standard decoupling schemes found in most commercial equipment. I have had HUGE problems in my apartment due to this - pre-built equipment worked fine but a lot of my protos just went fucknuts - took me a while to figure out what was going on. So glad i'm moving.
