Yeah good sos article. 

RE: the minimoog.  Like any complex design built by a group of people, 
one guy usually oversees things and has final say on what goes out the 
door.  Has to discern who to hire to do the various jobs.  etc.  While I 
think we all agree that the filter design was Bob's, I don't know how 
much Bill and others contributed to the other aspects of the design 
ranging from the layout of conrols and architecture of the instrument, 
to the decision to allow the pw to chatter if they were even aware of it 
:-). 

But Bob was in charge of the company and the instrument came out with 
his name on it.  I'm guessing since he initially opposed it that a lot 
of interaction took place and he finally said 'ok..let's do this thing 
right'... -Bob
