Hey Colin,

I don't know if it was my recommendation, but I do use PCBCart for all
my Magic Smoke PCBs. I am VERY impressed with the quality of the
boards, and they've even caught some boo-boos in my stuff (missing
layer / pad info in mounting holes, and a funny non-connected pad in a
ground plane). They electrically test every board, and I get the
boards two weeks (or less) after I send in my Gerber files. They also
have the blue solder mask I like. I still look around and get quotes
from other places, but I've yet to find anybody who can beat them.
HIGHLY recommended (tell 'em Tim at Magic Smoke sent you... not that
it will get you anything).
