Good Point. Technical innovations tend to be just another platform for
the "same old, same old" - or that's how it ends up used. "Broadcast
Yourself" or rather clips from movies, old tv shows, music videos -
something You don't have copyrights or -lefts for or maybe something
that You and few million fellows find funny as the new technology has
provided Your cell-phone with "videocam"?

Emotion or Arts - Even if You filter out the opinion and the choices
made by the industry, the penetration of the "Indie class" digital
camcorders probably doesn't have any correlation with Indie flicks
being picked for the distribution or directors being picked for the
major productions. The same old, same old, now You can destroy Your
Wedding tapes in "FullHD" at the divorce. Mediocrity is the key, the
lowest common denominator among the consumers.
