[sdiy] Matrix-1000 problem / digital leakage

My Matrix-1000 seems to have some digital leakage or some other form
of clicking noise that starts when a sound is supposed to have come to
rest. Some quick testing points in the direction that the phenomenon
only occurs on some voices, and not even on all patches. Sometimes I
have to trigger it by playing 6 notes, which leads me to believe it's
only one of the voices that has the problem.
It can be heard at the end of this recording:

Here's only the clicking from the same .wav, normalised:

(It seems the embedded player version compresses away the clicks, so
you have to download the wav:s to hear it)
At the end of the recording I'm moving the mod wheel and then the
pitchbend, and more noise appears, and it sounds like digital leakage
to me.
Just thought I'd ask before trying the good ole trial and error
method. Cause my scope is dead. Perhaps this is a common Matrix-1000
problem and easy to remedy?
Thanks
