Thanks for the tips. My setup sounds quite awesome at this point !
I can't believe I had all these years listening to so many record via basic
home hi-fi equipment !! Known record have been now "revealed" ! Superior
sound.

My setup now include a Quad 405 (MK-I) amp, The "Nuance" pre, Mission 702
speakers and a Dual 505 + the AT30E.

But how do I check what you just noted about ? just set the arm for 14-18
gram and watch that the stylus does track and sound as expected ?

Pretty much. I'd start midway in the tracking force range and have a look at
the cantilever. It shouldn't move up too far. Try the max tracking force
next. The cartridge body shouldn't "bottom out" against the record surface.
If it does....you're on borrowed time and will need to keep a close eye on
it. Freq response may be affected by a slack suspension as well. No direct
exp here tho, my Denons have held up well. Have fun digging out all those
platters and hearing details you've never noticed before.....MC is the way
to go.
