Thanks for the tips. My setup sounds quite awesome at this point !
I can't believe I had all these years listening to so many record via basic home hi-fi equipment !! Known record have been now "revealed" ! Superior sound.

My setup now include a Quad 405 (MK-I) amp, The "Nuance" pre, Mission 702 speakers and a Dual 505 + the AT30E.

But how do I check what you just noted about ? just set the arm for 14-18 gram and watch that the stylus does track and sound as expected ?
