[sdiy] Oscillator sync schemes

Yes I thought this too, so I clicked on "edit" and of course the one 
part of the page which appears to be un-editable is the beginning where 
the error is that it states
"There are only two kinds of Sync".  It seems that is the one part of 
the article that cannot be altered? (I am not a Wikipedia member so I am 
no expert on how Wikipedia works.
