[sdiy] Oscillator sync schemes

Well, you've summed up a few different possibilities pretty much. The
details of the implementation can make the sound very different,
though!
Where are those esoteric sync options implemented in hardware?
1) I understand the Andromeda A6 has some form of soft sync, no idea
which, though. The quoted manual at
http://acapella.harmony-central.com/archive/index.php/t-637920.html
sounds very esoteric and weird!
2) http://mypeoplepc.com/members/scottnoanh/slsdiy/id22.html
is a description of something that Rene Schmitz came up with.
3) I understand synthesizers.com has some soft-syncing VCOs, but I
don't know what sort of softsync it is or what modules they are.
Anyone got info on that?

D.
