Yes. Low power and hence slow, which should be an advantage for a 
(relatively) slow tremolo. TLC27L2 was simply the first opamp that came to 
my mind (not to be confused with TLC27M2 or TLC272 which are much faster).

Should work fine. The idea is to just remove excess unwanted high 
frequency content.
