Interesting - it's a nice design, and cheap, too. Should be pretty accurate (although I don't know how much backlash it'd have) - 0.0016mm per step.

I'm particularly interested in seeing these, having just more or less finished one (it needs a couple of tweaks).

I think it's a little slow for my needs though - 80-100mm/min would take forever to do what I need mine to do (mine can travel 3 times that distance in a second). It's a little more accurate than mine though (which is 0.0025mm).
