[sdiy] bipolar op amp to single-supply LM386

I've never liked the LM386
In my experience, it is very prone to instabillity.
I admit that others have had great success with it; 
but it is definitely off my list of favoured chips.

I bet if you looked on a scope, you would see
bursts of high frequency oscillations.
