Actually, no interpolation - in this project the tables contained 24-
bit values used to control a 24-bit frequency divider (6 of 74LS161)
to drive a Walsh bank. I did also drive an 8-bit DAC to give a key-
follow CV, but this was not intended to be precision, just another
input to the Walsh terms.
