[sdiy] Other resonator designs

I had forgotten, partly that was my original inspiration for wanting to hear synths through acoustic impulse responses in the first place.

I've also always wanted to play a speaker into the case of a Yamaha CP80 (not that I have one) and hear the sympathetic string resonance from the pickups...
