Thx, I can also order stuff from Mouser in Europe and found the 
polystyrene ones I needed...
I just discovered the silver mica's are 10x more expensive then 
polystyrene ones.

As a beginner for Europe these are the shops to go for :

thx for all your input so far, I always get so much feedback when asking 
a question i'm not doubting anymore about really building stuff all on
