No, not that I have seen.  One thing I was very keen on trying out  
last night as a quick visual comparison of the diode-shaped sine with  
that produced by the main oscillator - both outputs on the scope at  
the same time (Lissajou - aiming for the perfect circle).  There was  
certainly no evidence of locking - in fact locking would have been  
helpful, as the crappy old pots I use for bench testing aren't the  
best for keeping two oscillators at the same frequency!
