Hallo,

look at the "Control panel" (Systemsteuerung/Software), mark the 
checkbox "Updates anzeigen", then you should see all installed updates 
with the installation date. You can remove the last updates and check if 
PSpice works again. By installing the updates again one by one you could 
find out the "guilty one".
