[sdiy] Silent ER-1

So my ER-1 has suffered some sort of failure...  It was slaved and running 
fine, I turned down the volume, and when I turned it back up a few minutes 
later, silence.  Boo.  I am sad...

I've checked everything else in the signal chain, so its definitely the 
ER...  It changes patterns, starts and stops, steps through patterns etc... 
everything seems to be working except there's no audio output at all.

Anyone run across this before?  Suggestions?
