[sdiy] Clock with red lights

Not really synth-diy, but very related.
I do live gigs with modulars, including DIY modulars (on topic then),
and the music can sometimes be freeform improvisations, and other
times sequencer based. In both instances I loose control of global
time, and have no idea if I have played for 4 minutes or 8 minutes.
Since I play in a band, and we tend to have semi-planned songs, I have
found out that this is what I need:

An old-fashioned clock with fairly large numbers (preferably in red),
that tells minutes and seconds (so 4 digits)
It must be able to manually reset the clock to zero
It must be able to manually start/stop the clock
It would be nice to have a small pot to adjust the lights to different
stage light scenarious.
And I don´t mind to build this myself (on topic again!)

I do have a cellphone, and I do have a modular analog old-time clock,
but I don´t like to fiddle with the cellphone (because it goes black
after a while), and I have to have a light for the analog clock,
neither of which is satisfying in the bliss of performance.

There must have been someone who has made a "clock on a chip" that I
can use. It doesn´t have to be atom-clock precise.
Any hints or suggestions appreciated.
