[sdiy] Portland Oregon synth shop (slightly OT)

Its been a while since I've been there, but I like two surplus stores
for parts.  Cascade surplus electronics is good for lots of
miscellaneous stuff, and R5D3 is great for tube stuff and some newer
tek and hp gear.
