[sdiy] Chip tunes

I'd say it is SDIY - although the question I have is how are you going
to program it without a computer? Or are you going to bit-bang ROM/RAM
by hand (which would be **very** SDIY :) ).

I've got a bit of a surplus of PIC16F648's that I'm contemplating
turning into a chip-tune synth (started PCB design last night). Although
I'll have a central PIC sending them instructions on what to do.
