[sdiy] Bulk Resistors

There was a discussion on some forum about 1% metal film resistors
from ebay/china being actually 5% carbon film. I purchased some a
while ago, and after reading that I did some measurements, and indeed,
they were all beyond 1% off and exhibited carbon-like temp/resistance
characteristics...
So it's as usual, if you want quality, go for brand names and reliable
suppliers, if you want cheap - go for chinese stuff from ebay, but
don't expect to get what is advertised...
