[sdiy] converting 3080 stuff to 13600/13700

Dan,

I've been dropping 13700s in whenever I see 3080s in schematics, and I have
not been disappointed.  I believe they are essentially a drop-in
replacement, if you ignore the linearizing diodes and the output Darlington.

BTW, you can buy 25 13700s from Digikey for about $1.77 US apiece, which is
significantly cheaper than my local mom-and-pop shop ($3.80 Canadian).
Digikey doesn't stock the 3080 or the 13600 anymore.
