[sdiy] illuminated switches

I'm using Mouser  633-KB15CKW01  to replace the buttons on a Buchla  
246 sequencer. They can use a LED or lamp and have several colors of  
caps.  The top is round, big and has a nice feeling action. The  
downside is that they are not cheap (about $5 each without the colored  
cap or LED). Digi Key has more cap choices, but they charge a lot more  
for them.
