Sure you can get resistor kits (10 each of the Exx series or whatever)
but you'd pay a premium price.

That would be the way I'd go.

You might end up with a load more than you need, but you can get some
real bargains on eBay.  Picked up 50 x 220R a couple of weeks ago for a
really silly price; even with overseas shipping, came to little more
than just the freight cost of buying a single resistor in Australia!
(These are for the MIDI ins of my patchbay project; got the
optoisolators cheap from eBay too.)
