Thanks for all the support guys. I suppose it's a bit of a blessing because I started looking at the schematic and a few lightbulbs went off in my head.

I'm definately getting an external drive sometime soon. Probably after I get the pseudopod boards back from the boardhouse. In the meantime, I'll do the gmail thing with my important files like Tim suggested. Funny I never thought to use my account like that.

> Ouch. We feel your pain, dude. One thought: get yourself a Gmail or some other account like that with a fair amount of space and just email the important files to yourself at the end of the day. You can retrieve those files just about anywhere, and nothing short of a major disaster is going to kill them. Even safer than CD or DVD backup (although I do that, too) because there's no physical disk to get destroyed.
