Electronotes you can still get from Bernie Hutchins. $300 might seem like a lot, but it's well worth it when you get 3 USPS standard flat rate boxes full of documents. It's been 3 years now and I still haven't gotten through all of it.

Polyphony... I've been trying to get that one for a while too.
