Hey Ian,
Are you based in the UK? If so I just had a load of PCBs fabbed with Circuit
Technology in Cheltenham (http://www.pcb-value.com/) and they've turned out
really well. They're very cheap if you go for the longest turnover (15
days), reliable and generally run a good service.
They take Gerber files - I presume Eagle can export Gerber?
