Might be worth the cost of an international call to phone them directly and see if there's anything they can do?
The few small problems I've had with Rapid in the past have all been sorted out in one phone call with no drama at all.

Rapid have finally shipped my order. As five items were out of
stock, I now have a 10.55 GBP credit. "Would you like this
returned to your bank account or a credit to use against your next
order ?", they ask.
Problem is, the on-line order form doesn't give you a chance to
use your credit that I remember. And if they return the funds, I
suspect someone is going to have to pay exchange & transfer fees
(their account is in GBP, mine is in EUR).
Any advice from those who have been through this before ? Thanks
