[sdiy] power rails and Ground in Eagle

Changing the width in the net classes dialog doesn't affect the width of 
the traces that are already routed.
But the autorouter uses the width defined in the net calsses dialog. 
Simply rip up the power supply traces and autorout them again.
If you don't want to rip up all your power supply traces you may need a 
command script like Manuel suggested.
