Yes, I do. I have a load of those little rubber dimples with  
conductive rubber on the bottom of them. I got them from the keyboard  
of a dead Atari ST. You could easily do the same, and then design a  
PCB with the fingers in the right place for a concertina layout.  
Samppa has a point that they're not the most reliable switches in the  
world, but to be honest, the ST keyboard never seemed to give any  
problems.
