If you are looking to do custom 1u stuff, just have them do the CNC work on
the front and back panels, get the FPE sides, and then get the top and
bottom panels cut somewhere local like metals supermarket. My Oakley  TM3030
case (2 x TM3030) came to about $60 total for everything.

Does anybody happen to have a template or a link for a 1u 19"rack panel in
FPD?
i have tons of single module templates but nothing in a 19" wide.

I need to do a quick layout and it always helps me if i can start with
something that already has pots to move around,etc.
