I use these a lot. You can put nuts into the slots in the extrusions
and its easy to attach circuit boards. You could make a front panel
using schaeffer/frontpanel express or whatever they call it now.

They come disassambled so they are easy to ship and store until needed.

I am trying to find a not too expensive source of rack boxes. not just panels but something to put the boards in as well.

I found one site but it was really expensive.
