shouldn't be too hard. the nice 4D OLED displays aren't super cheap - http://www.4dsystems.com.au/products.php but dealing with them seems reasonably straightforward - http://jennylc.com/4d/ couple that with some buffering/scaling opamps driving an Arduino analogue input, etc... i really want to do this at some point, i've just had other things taking up my time.
