That's exactly what I'm interested in.  I  haven't seen the project you are thinking of, so if you find any more details on it, please let me know.  I'd much rather have a nice modern oled display, than the older pixilated LCD type output.  In fact, I'm not going to bother w/ it, unless it's a nice modern display.

I believe there's a really cool similar project out there, 1-unit frac 
rac module with an OLED 'scope right in there. Looks... stunning, really.
