You do know that this book is in German, do you?  (I'm not aware of 
any translation.)

I should still have it somewhere, but I don't remember it being worth 
the trouble of reading.  There are more and better modules on the net, 
some even with the detailed building explanations that might be one 
reason to consider this book (it is still quite useless unless you 
know all the places where things need correction).
