[sdiy] WTB: Formant Pro MSS 2000

Hi all,
I've been trying for some time to find a copy of the Formant Pro MSS 2000 book. either Amazon or eBay have it and the author has yet to respond to my email about it (It was recommended on the Analogue Monster site to contact the author as the book was out of print).
Does anybody have this book or scans of the book?
