[sdiy] 74HC logic query

Hi all,

Is there an active-high output version of the 74HC154 4-to-16 decoder?

For example, the 74HC138 is active-low 3-to-8 decoder, and the  
74HC238 is an active-high version of the same chip.

I'm not particularly fussy about the logic family. Generally I use  
74HC, but if it runs at 5V, that's fine.
