If you make the board that size it won't fit in a Doepfer and will
barely fit in a Blacet rack.  As someone else stated the maximum depth
of a Doepfer compatible module is 105mm.  It's limited to 85mm in depth
if in front of the power supply.  Height of the board should not exceed
110mm for Doepfer, and cannot exceed 107mm for Blacet.

That makes the lowest common denominator size 107mm tall and 105mm deep.
This of course assumes the PCB is touching the rear of the front panel.

The largest official MOTM PCBs I have are 109mm deep and 139mm tall.
There is a few mm gap between the front panel and the PCB.

Depending on the case Modcan/Cyndustries modules can be up to 140mm deep
and not interfere with the power buss.
