[sdiy] PCB size for euro-rack format

Ray at MFOS has a bracket designed for this job. It allows a pcb to be 
mounted behind a panel using any component that is on the panel to secure 
the bracket. Ideally you need 2 panel components. A slot on the bracket 
caters for a variety of spacings on the pcb mounting holes.
