There is no requirement to keep the two Rs the same - either one could be
replaced with a pot to make the frequency variable. Keeping them the same
just makes the algebra slightly easier - if you have Ra, Rb, Ca, Cb, then
the frequency of oscillation will be f = 1/(2*pi*sqrt(Ra*Rb*Ca*Cb)). (But I
haven't tried substituting any values to see how practical a range of
frequencies such a set-up might give...)
