A #1829 28V bulb in series with a 220 ohm feedback resistor works good
for an op-amp based Wein Bridge oscillator.
You can use any low current (say 50ma), low voltage bulb. You'll just to
tweek the feedback resistor for desired amplitude.
You'll have nice, slightly microphonic oscillator :-)
