[sdiy] stereo output questions.....

i am making something that is supposed to have a stereo output and a mono out.

the mono out just connects to my VCA out.

i bought a stereo jack (a neutrik) for the stereo side.

i assumed it would be ok to just take the OUT signal and copy it to both the LEFT and RIGHT channel solder tabs. is this correct?

and on a side note...if i wanted to take the OUT and make it into a TRS setup....how would i connect it?
