[sdiy] Soldermask for fine pitch TQFP packages

Hi,

Thanks for all the replies about this.

Seems like I should use a guard gap of 4mil throughout.

This will mean no soldermask between the fine pitched stuff which has
only 8mil gaps. And on larger pads it will ensure the soldermask never
covers any part of the pad.

I guess it's important not to go any bigger than 4mil otherwise a track
passing 8mil away from a pad may get exposed if the soldermask did end
up offset by the full tolerance amount (4mil).

Seb
