the CS-15 is Hz/V, rather than the more common 1V/Oct, so there's 
likely to be a built-in incompatibility there.

do you know whether the Phantastron is 1V/Oct? what difference does 
the scale switch make to the CS-15 octave?

there are boxes around which do Hz/V <-> 1V/Oct, or i suppose just 
look up a circuit and build one.
